Tess provides the following services:
Tess greatly enjoys working with all levels, ages and disciplines of riders, whether they desire to compete or not. Tess travels to various areas of the state, including North Central and the MetroWest commuter area of Massachusetts to work with her individual clients. Tess is always willing to talk to you about traveling to new areas to teach or ride.
Tess charges $75/hour session if your horse is located within a 25mile radius of her home base in Bolton. Her hourly rate will increase to account for travel time and costs if you are located outside of this radius. However, package rate discounts for multiple sessions per week with the same horse/owner are possible as are dicounts for three or more lessons at the same farm/trip. - Mounted instruction
- Training Rides
- Groundwork, mainly based on TRT Methods but incorporates other natural horsemanship methods depending on the horse's needs
- Long Lining/Double Lounging (Lessons to teach owner can be provided as well).
- Roundpen work (Work with horses at liberty)
- Full Training at various farms (dependent upon stall availability)
- Rehabilitation Boarding in Bolton (dependent on stall availability)
- Consulting for horse health and/or behavior problems, including how to best help your horse on a limited budget
- Horse Purchase/Sales Consulting
- Clinics/Professional Talks (daily rate will depend on the service)
